Chance Design 3D won the Mark Andy sponsored "Innovation & Print Technology Award."

Set amidst the 12th-century walls of Clontarf Castle, the Clontarf Hotel, just 15 minutes from the heart of Dublin, was the location for the 2026 Irish Printer Annual Awards night. The night was a celebration for Mark Andy customers, as they won seven awards.

This year, for the first time, Mark Andy was proud to be a Sponsor at the Awards. The event, organized by Irish Printer magazine, kicked off with a video presentation of all that’s good about Irish printing today. The highlights included a variety of top-quality entries and congratulating all involved for their commitment to excellence.

Ireland also has long been a strong sales territory for Mark Andy, with many examples of narrow web technology in daily commercial use. Mark Andy has seen several generations of presses used in Ireland.  And it was this blend of legacy and cutting-edge print capability that was rewarded with three Mark Andy users having their entries shortlisted for an award across different categories.

Those three were Label Tech, Label World, and The Watershed Group. Between these converters, they brought home four Gold, one Silver, and two Bronze Awards. Meanwhile, Label Tech won the overall “Print of the Year” category. Mark Andy sponsored the “Innovation & Print Technology” Award, which went to Chance Design 3D. In addition, the company picked up several other awards on the night.

Plus, the evening concluded with a highly convivial networking session in various bars, where Irish hospitality was experienced.

Speaking for Mark Andy, UK and Ireland sales manager Antony Cotton says, “We congratulate all our customers for the quality of their entries, which were simply outstanding and indicative of what Mark Andy technology can achieve on an everyday basis. I hope they all enjoyed tonight as much as we did. We’re very proud of them all.”
